Historian Bill Oddo's popular book, Bellevue - A Pictorial History is being reprinted by The Bellevue Historical Society as a fund raising project to benefit the Tremont House's renovation.  This book was originally printed in 2005 to help pay for the purchase of the Tremont House  at 101 East Main Street (formerly Leonard's Pharmacy).  Bill donated his time, knowledge and extensive collection of Bellevue photos to make the book a success.   The Samuel S. Johnson Foundation of Redmond, Oregon, provided a grant for the publishing costs.  In 2007, because of the success of the book, the Tremont House was paid for.

In 2015, The Bellevue Historical Society is having copies of the book reprinted.  So, if you missed purchasing a copy in 2005 or if you are just now learning of its existence, here is your chance! Proceeds for the sales of the book will be used for the renovation of the Tremont House, an 1846 treasure.  Purchases made before December 15, will contribute to our challenge grant from the Sandusky County Communities Foundation.  Please help to save this unique part of Bellevue's history.
